All our watches come with a Certificate that guarantee its legal origin, its authenticity and its proper functioning.<\/p>


We even offer a 12-month warranty which covers the proper functioning of the watch and all malfunctioning that was not caused by the owner\u2019s misuse.<\/p>


The warranty does not cover aesthetic damages.<\/p>


All repairs will be carried out by our professional Technicians in our local laboratories.<\/p>


For instance, a post-sale intervent on the movement carried out by not authorized watchmakers cannot be return to us. We will take in consideration to evaluate only specific cases. Consequently, our Certificate will not be considered valid anymore.<\/p>


In order to state the proper functioning of the watch you need to consider the fact that running accuracy can vary depending on how old the watch is. We would like to remind you that Mechanical Watches are typically not as accurate as quartz watches, and they require periodic cleaning and calibration by a skilled watchmaker.
