Rolex Daytona 6265 18K Yellow Gold – Black Dial and Champagne Counters – Full Set – NOS
From the first half of the seventies until the dawn of the nineties, Rolex produced two new versions for the Daytona Cosmograph: the Rolex 6263 and the 6265. The Rolex 6263, compared to previous models, boasts a larger crown and the return of screw buttons , a modification carried out to allow the watch better water resistance and therefore greater impermeability.
The bezel of the Rolex 6263 was printed in white on a black Bakelite background unlike that of the Rolex Daytona 6265 which was made of metal with an engraved tachymetric scale.
